Be advised traffic in and around the Borough of Bath will be congested from now (4:30 PM thru 9:00 PM) due to the Bath Fire Department Halloween Parade beginning at 7:00 PM. Use caution while driving throughout Bath due to parade patrons, especially children. The parade route is as follows: Broad St. at E. Main St, to Chestnut St. and Barrall Avenue.
