NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are assisting Bell Police Department with the investigation into the circumstances surrounding an officer-involved shooting. The incident occurred on September 19, 2023, at approximately 2:57 p.m.
The suspect was struck by gunfire and transported to a local hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.
No deputies were injured during the incident.
