Suspect: Male, Black 25-30 years old, black curly hair, wearing a face mask
Suspect Vehicle: Light Blue 4 door, possibly a Chevy Volt
On Thursday, September 14th, 2023, at approximately 3:40 p.m. the suspect was sitting in the above pictured vehicle when the 11-year-old victim walked by. The suspect engaged the victim in a conversation and engaged in inappropriate behavior while exposing himself.
