Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a female adult.
Deputies from Palmdale Sheriff’s Station responded to the intersection of 130th Street East and East Avenue R-4 in the city of Palmdale regarding a gunshot victim call.
The incident occurred on Sunday, September 3, 2023, at approximately 10:57 AM.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they located a White female, 40-45 years of age, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper torso. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle information at this time.
