On Saturday, July 29, 2023, Victim Lyons’ body was found on the 36000 block of 116th Street East, in Littlerock. Mr. Lyons was homeless and often with a group of dogs. He was known to frequent the Littlerock and Llano areas.
Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect(s).
