Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person James Richard Thomas. He is an 83 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on August 29, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of Wildrose Avenue and Valley Boulevard in Colton.
James is 5’11” tall, 195 lbs, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing light blue shirt, gray cargo pants, metal necklace, and in a white 1997 Lexus SC300 (California license plate: 4LXJ531).
Mr. Thomas has a possible destination of 300 block of North Arrowhead Avenue in San Bernardino.
His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
