UPDATE #LASD Homicide Responded to a Shooting Death Investigation, 37500 block of Sabal Street, #Palmdale
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a male Hispanic adult. The incident occurred on Sunday , August 27, 2023 at approximately 8:57 PM.
Palmdale Sheriff's Station deputies responded to the 37500 block of Sabal Street, Palmdale, regarding a 911 hang up and assault call. Upon arriving, deputies discovered one gunshot victim inside the residence.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The male Hispanic suspect, Andrew Plancarte (20), fled the scene after the shooting.
A firearm was recovered at the location.
