INCIDENT: P.C. 664/459 - Attempted Residential Burglary
LOCATION: 14000 block of Evening Primrose Place, Chino Hills / 3100 block of Giant Forrest Loop, Chino Hills
SUSPECT(S): Nathan Chow, a 26-year old resident of Claremont
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, August 14, 2023, at 1:23 a.m., Chino Hills deputies were dispatched to an attempted residential burglary in progress in the 14000 block of Evening Primrose Place in Chino Hills. The suspect attempted to open several doors in the backyard of the victim's residence. Deputies searched the residence and gathered investigative leads about the suspect, but he was not found.
At 1:41 a.m., deputies responded to the 3100 block of Giant Forrest Loop, near the residence on Evening Primrose Place, for a reported attempted residential burglary in progress. Deputies searched the
victim's property, and the suspect was not found. Deputies conducted an area check and found the suspect in the backyard of another residence on Giant Forrest Loop. The suspect, Nathan Chow, was arrested for attempted residential burglary and booked at West Valley Detention Center.
