Rancho Cucamonga Man Arrested after Being Identified in a Vehicle Burglary in Chino Hills

LOCATION: 10000 Block of Orange Street, Rancho Cucamonga
SUSPECT(S): Christopher Luettgerodt, 38-years-old, Resident of Rancho Cucamonga
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On May 1, 2023, Christopher Luettgerodt, a resident of Rancho Cucamonga, broke into the victim's vehicle in Chino Hills. Luttgerodt stole the victim's wallet and used the victim's credit card at a nearby gas station to purchase over $300 worth of fuel.
On June 1, 2023, Chino Hills Multi-Enforcement Team members located Luettgerodt in Rancho Cucamonga and took him into custody.
During the investigation, Luettgerodt was in possession of additional victims' property from vehicle burglaries in Rialto and Hesperia. Luettgerodt was booked at the West Valley Detention Center for vehicle burglary and fraudulent use of a credit card.
