On 04/25/23 at approximately 4:21 p.m., the victim was walking quickly down Couts Ave in Commerce while talking on her cell phone. As she approached the 2200 block of Couts Ave, the suspect vehicle pulled in a driveway and the suspect got out. He hit the victim with a pistol and dragged her into the passenger side of the vehicle and then drove
away. The victim and the suspect are unknown. Please contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Major Crimes Bureau if you have any information on the identity of the victim, suspect, or vehicle.
