Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Douglas Edward Simon. He is a 68 year-old male White who was last seen on April 5, 2023 at 6:00 a.m. on the 3200 block of La Encina Way in Pasadena.
Douglas is 5’10” tall, 140 lbs, gray hair, brown eyes, and uses a cane to walk. He was last seen wearing a gray jacket and gray pants.
Mr. Simon suffers from aphasia which causes a speech disorder.
His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
