        The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM CDT Friday.  
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024, and 026.  
* WIND...West to southwest winds sustained at 25 to 35 MPH with gusts up to 55 mph.  
* HUMIDITY...Lowest values from 15 to 30 percent.  
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning should not occur.
