Truck driver fails to make turn onto Darwin Road. 
At approximately 7:00 PM Saturday evening, Vigo County Deputies responded to a property damage crash at the intersection of National Avenue and Darwin Road. Upon arrival deputies found a semi-tractor and trailer overturned down an embankment.
Chief Deputy John Moats said the semi driver was attempting to get back onto I-70 after having been diverted off due to a fatality crash earlier this evening. The driver was unable to negotiate the right turn onto to Darwin road which resulted in the trailer leaving the roadway.
The driver of the truck was not injured and at the time of the crash the trailer was loaded with several thousands of pounds of frozen turkey products enroute to Pennsylvania.
