Full Notification

On January 16th 2017 at 0430 a.m., the Ingham County Sheriff's Office responded to Old Plank & Tompkins roads in Onondaga Township for a fatal crash. The single vehicle left the road and crashed, the passenger was killed, and the driver left the scene. While investigating the crash deputies learned that the driver had returned to the scene, so he was taken to a local hospital for evaluation and arrested for leaving the scene of a fatal crash.

The driver is a 22 yr old male from Onondaga. The victim is a 22 yr old male from Mason. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
