SEARCH WARRANT NETS FOUR ARRESTS

MARTINEZ POLICE DEPARMENT



During a two month investigation for identity theft, Officers from the Martinez Police Department, Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department and CCCNET served a search warrant at a single family residence in Alamo. Four adults were arrested for various crimes. The owner of the house, Robert Brosamer (44 years old), was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Another resident, Jacinda Dauber (27 years old), was arrested for identity theft and possession of stolen property. Another resident, Kelle Jagger (32 years old) was arrested for identity theft. A guest at the resident, Mark Hetland (30 years old) was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and three outstanding warrants.

Three children (ages 3, 11 and 15) lived at the residence. A social worker from Child and Family Services responded to the scene. The 11 year old and 15 year old were at school the time the search warrant was served.

All of the above persons were booked into the Martinez Main Jail

During the search of the residence, numerous items of stolen mail, credit card numbers and identification of other people were found. This investigation is on-going in an attempt to identify other victims of identity theft.
