Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Chelsea Roisin Celiz. She is a 22-year-old female Hispanic who was last seen on January 26, 2023, at 11:15 p.m., on the 8400 block of Olney Street in the city or Rosemead.
Chelsea is 5’02”, 110lbs, with black hair with blonde streaks, brown eyes and tattoos of “CC” on unknown wrist, anime female character on the right thigh, and a voodoo doll on the left thigh. She was last seen wearing a blue, green, and yellow Pendleton shirt and green baggy pants.
Chelsea is diagnosed with bipolar disorder and requires medication.
Her family is concerned for her wellbeing and asking for the public’s help.
