The below listed suspects were arrested yesterday in connection with the robbery of K-2 Smokes and Gifts that occurred on 12-22-09. On the date the clerk reported that three subjects were involved in assaulting him and forcibly taking cash from the store. The St. Joseph Police Department Special Response Team and investigators from the SJPD and the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant yesterday morning at 2219 Union Street in St. Joseph. Today, the three were charged with Class B Felony Robbery with bonds of $10,000.
