Forum on cell phone issues with FCC Commissioner on Monday at Chula Vista Library. 
The public is invited to join Commissioner Mignon Clyburn of the Federal Communications Commission at an open forum for consumers to discuss cell phone issues. The event will be held on Monday, January 25 in the Chula Vista Public Library Auditorium from 6-7:30 p.m. The library is located at 365 F Street.
Commissioner Clyburn in interested in hearing about your experience as a cell phone customer. Some topics include cell phone service, clarity of cell phone bills, additional fees and pricing plans.
