Water Valve Insertion - West St - 11/16/20 - 7:00am - Road Closure from
Bugbee Rd to College Terrace. 
On Monday, November 16, 2020, the City of Oneonta's Department of Public Service will be installing a valve insertion on West Street beginning at 7:00am to 3:30pm.
The road will be closed from Bugbee Road to College Terrace. Local traffic may enter from the College Terrace side of West Street.
