The Middle Township Police Department is proud to announce the release of their Citizens Online Police Reporting System.  This program allows our citizens to report minor offenses on our website 24 hours a day.  The system allows you to report an incident immediately and print a copy of your report for free.

Some of the general incidents which can be reported range from lost property, damaged property, theft to include identity theft, criminal mischief and traffic complaints.

With the COVID19 pandemic and the social distancing restrictions currently in place, we felt this is a much needed tool for our community.  Citizens reporting incidents online will minimize the person to person contact of coming into police headquarters or having a patrol officer respond to your home, minimizing risks of COVID19 transmissions.

Once a report is generated via the online portal, it will be sent to the Major Crimes Unit, where it will be reviewed by either Lieutenant Doug Osmundsen or Detective Sergeant Clint Stocker and assigned accordingly for follow-up contact via telephone between an officer and the reporting citizen.

Chief Leusner plans to install Kiosks in both the Rio Grande substation and our main headquarters lobby, which will both be open 24 hours daily and available to our community to self report incidents.
