As per South Brunswick Office of Emergency Management Director Raymond J. Hayducka, South Brunswick Municipal Parks will remain open, but all are reminded to maintain proper social distancing. Playground equipment will remain closed.
Property Tax and Water & Sewer Payments:
While the municipal building & drive-up window remain closed to the public, there are several options available to make property tax and water & sewer payments.
- Drop Box, located right outside the Finance Department, available 24/7. Payments (check or money order only) put in the drop box by 12:00 noon will be posted to your account for the current business day. Payments put in the drop box after 12:00 noon will be posted to your account for the next business day.
- Mailing your payment to the office, although, postmarks are not accepted. Payment must be received in the office by the grace period to avoid interest charges.
- On-line payments through our WIPP portal, however fees apply. Website: https://www.southbrunswicknj.gov/ Credit or debit card: 2.95% fee charged by credit card company E-check: Flat fee of $1.05 per transaction
- Enrollment in our ACH Debit plan. The property tax and/or water & sewer payment would be debited from your checking or savings account quarterly (no fees). Please contact the water & sewer revenue department and the Tax Collection department directly for further information.
- On-line bill pay – setup through customer’s bank. Generally, there is no fee associated with this payment method…check with your bank. This is an actual check that the bank sends to us, not a wire transfer. Payment must be received in the office by the grace period. Postmarks are not accepted.
