The Simi Valley Police Department is seeking your help! 
On April 4th, 2020 at about 9:30 am the Simi Valley Police Department responded to a traffic collision at the intersection of Madera Road and Cochran Street involving three vehicles.
While on scene, officers spoke with several witnesses and obtained their statements. However, the Simi Valley Police Department's Traffic Unit is currently seeking additional witness statements in an effort to gain greater insight into the cause of the collision.
