Watch Commander’s Night Report - April 3, 2020

TOTAL CAD CALLS: 1091

1. Weapons Arrest (1456) 100 Block of Sonoma Avenue, Civic District
Officers conducted a search of the residence and located multiple firearms. The suspect was prohibited from possessing firearms. ARRESTED: Alexander Bristol, 29, for weapons charges.

2. Person Shot (1514) 2200 Block of Scribner Street, Park District
The male victim, 21, was in the area when he was shot. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for a non-life-threatening wound. No suspect information was provided.

3...TRAFFIC MISSION (1700-0100) CITY OF STOCKTON
The Traffic Section conducted a DUI Saturation Mission that was funded by the Office of Traffic Safety. Officers made 15 traffic stops, issued 10 citations, and 1 DUI Arrest.

4. Stolen Vehicle Arrest (1814) Martin Luther King Boulevard and Mariposa Road, Park District
Officers located an occupied stolen vehicle in the area. The vehicle was stopped, and the suspect arrested without incident. ARRESTED: Shantae Rash, 41, for auto theft and possession of stolen property.

5. Resisting Arrest (2130) 2000 Block of Del Rio Drive, Civic District
Officers had arrested the suspect for an outstanding warrant. While secured in the back of the patrol vehicle, the suspect attempted to kick out the rear window. The suspect was placed in a restraint device.
ARRESTED: Delfino Stevens, 39, for resisting arrest and a warrant.

6. Vehicle Pursuit Arrest (2304) North Pershing Avenue and West Longview Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers attempted a traffic stop on a wanted suspect. The suspect failed to yield and led officers on a short pursuit. The suspect stopped at his address and was taken into custody without further incident. ARRESTED: Michael Mardon, 34, for evading, stalking, burglary, and violation of a restraining order.

7. Person Shot (0230) D Street and Sixth Street, Park District
The juvenile victim was walking in the area when an unknown suspect shot him. The victim was driven to a local hospital to seek treatment for his non-life-threatening injury. No suspect description.
