4th Precinct Community Service Officer A. Porter Jr. purchased and delivered much-needed toilet paper, bottled water and other household items to residents at South 18th, 19th and 20th streets. Residents were especially thankful as many of the items Officer Porter provided were difficult to find on supermarket shelves due to high volume COVID-19 shopping.
