At 147 AM EDT, radar indicated that thunderstorms had produced heavy rain across the warned area. Heavy rain continues to fall with up to an inch possible. Runoff from this additional rainfall will continue to cause flooding. The latest water rescue occurred around 115 AM EDT suggesting water issues remain, especially across northern Licking County. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, Delaware, Marysville, Urbana, Powell, Johnstown, Sunbury, Plain City, Utica, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Ashley, New California, Polaris, Radnor, Milford Center and Shawnee Hills.
