Flash Flood Watch until 08:00AM Sunday 
The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
* Flash Flood Watch for portions of East Central Indiana and Ohio, including the following areas, in East Central Indiana, Wayne. In Ohio, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin OH, Licking, Logan, Madison, Miami, Shelby, and Union OH.
* Until 8 AM EDT Sunday
* Additional rainfall associated with strong thunderstorms will affect the area that received heavy rain and flooding this afternoon and evening.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MADISON ... UNION ... LICKING ... LOGAN ... SHELBY ... FRANKLIN ... CLARK ... WAYNE ... CHAMPAIGN ... DARKE ... MIAMI ... DELAWARE
Instructions:
People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding occur or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas, and be careful when approaching highway dips and underpasses.
