We are well into week two of County ordered and now State ordered Shelter in Place.  We understand that some folks are experiencing cabin fever and the need to get some fresh air and exercise. 

However, to slow the spread of the coronavirus and preserve the health of our community, access has been closed to basketball, tennis & other sporting courts and playground/play structures at City parks. We kindly ask that your honor any sings or tapes marking the closure of these structures.   Please continue practicing social distancing when visiting City parks for brief walks or exercises.

We would also like to thank concerned citizens who have reported businesses who appear to be violating the order to close non-essential businesses.

Alameda County has launched [email protected] as a new email for compliance complaints regarding non-essential businesses and non-essential activities in violation of the Alameda County Public Health Order.
