Due to CDC recommendations for social distancing, starting immediately the Wayne County Health Department will have limited hours and services. Therefore, we will not be accepting any walk-ins at this time. In order to protect our clients, staff and community we will be offering WIC, Family Case Management and Immunizations Services by appointment, with only the patient or parent/guardian/child being allowed to enter the building for said appointments.

Please call our office at 618-842-5166 to leave a message with any questions that you may have or to cancel/schedule an appointment. Our office voicemail will be checked daily. If you need immediate assistance with WIC, Family Case Management, or Immunizations please call either Nicole at 618-599-2744 or Susan at 618-599-0208.
