The El Cerrito Police Department is asking for your help in locating a missing "at risk" person.
Xiaofan Meng was last seen on 03/23/2020 at 7pm near Korematsu Middle School (7125 Donal Ave). Meng is a 79-year old Asian male. Meng is 5'11" tall, weighs 130 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. Meng was last seen wearing glasses, a dark blue jacket, and a blue hat. Meng suffers from dementia and may be wandering around the area lost.
