Good Morning Simonton!
As COVID-19 continues to spread, the City of Simonton remains in daily contact with county and state health authorities.
Our staff are taking appropriate precautionary measures. We are pleased to announce a new emergency response program to serve our most needed populations. ‘Simonton Assist’: A request matching platform for homesite drop off of essential pharmacy, grocery and sanitization supplies for single parent households, Seniors(60+)and high risk residents. The City of Simonton is committed to flattening the curve and keeping our residents as risk free and healthy as possible.
The less exposure to the Covid-19 the better we as a city do in containing this virus.
This is a volunteer based program facilitated by the City so all payment for products must be arranged via the city coordinator prior to services rendered. Requests can be made at [email protected]. Requests must include: Name, address & contact information, payment info for items(cash or check preferred), list of essential items and delivery instructions.
