The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flood Warning for... Franklin County in central Ohio... Madison County in central Ohio...

* Until 1100 PM EDT Friday.

* At 1100 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding is occurring in numerous locations across the region. Runoff from the earlier excessive rain will cause flooding to continue to occur.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Hilliard, Worthington, Bexley, London, Jefferson, Canal Winchester, Groveport, West Jefferson, Mount Sterling, Minerva Park, Choctaw Lake, Ohio State University and Lake Darby.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MADISON, OH ... FRANKLIN, OH
