* Until 430 AM EDT.
* At 1233 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain had produced over an inch of rain. With additional rain expected over the next few hours, flooding is expected to occur.
* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Eaton, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Camden, Lewisburg, New Paris, West Alexandria, Kitchel, Dublin, Springersville, Glenwood, Salem, Waterloo, Columbia, Bunker Hill, Abington and Brownsville.
