This evening, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (DPH) issued the Safer-at-Home Health Order effective midnight tonight (March 19, 2020). The Governor emphasized this message with a State directive to "stay at home."
All businesses not deemed an essential service will be closed. All individuals, unless performing an essential service, must stay home.
