City of Placerville Press Release and Proclamation - COVID-19 
The City Of Placerville has officially proclaimed a local state of emergency as of today, March 19, 2020, in response to the coronavirus. Link to the Press Release: https://t.ly/PWEyX This proclamation will enable the city to obtain additional resources that wouldn't be available to us without the proclamation. The city and the county still recommend self-isolation. There are many rumors circulating regarding mandatory shelter in place. These are only rumors at this time.
