As of 12:01 PM on March 18, 2020, a state of emergency has been declared for the City of Rahway. This is strictly a precautionary measure at this time, but will be helpful should an emergency arise in the future. All resources available to the municipal government will be available to combat the spread of the COVID -19 virus. Certain measures must be taken in order to ensure that the City of Rahway will be unhampered in our efforts to maintain health, safety, law and order, and protect all our citizens. Our goal is to keep our citizens as safe and healthy as possible.
