The City of Palo Alto will activate a new Community Support Call Center starting tomorrow, March 18, at 1 p.m. in support of the City’s response to the coronavirus public health crisis. The public can reach the call center at (650) 272-3181. The City also announced on utility rate-relief programs to support residential and business customers. Other recent actions include the adoption of a Proclamation of Local Emergency by the Palo Alto City Council at its meeting on Monday, March 16.
