Electric bills may be paid online at www.middletownborough.com, through the US mail or placed in the drop box located in the rear parking lot of Borough Hall. If you have questions or concerns Borough staff may be reached via telephone at 717-902-0706 or via email through the Borough website at www.middletownborough.com.
