Montville Recreation Parks including basketball courts, soccer fields, playgrounds and the dog park are closed to the public. 
Please be advised that all indoor and outdoor facilities where recreation sponsored programs or activities are held will be closed to the public. Clearly the “closed” signs on the fields and playgrounds weren’t enough to stop the public from congregating in these areas. Police will now patrol these areas and all people will be asked to leave the premises. Please understand that we would rather not use our police resources for this reason. We expect parents and residents to comply with the rules put out to protect Montville residents from the virus. We appreciate your anticipated cooperation.
