Local Emergency Declaration Issued for City of Santa Clarita Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) 
The City of Santa Clarita has issued a local emergency declaration in response to COVID-19.
This emergency declaration is a preparedness measure and allows the City to access resources and recover costs.
In addition, as of Saturday, March 14, 2020, all non-essential services will be suspended and all City facilities will be closed to the public for 14 days.
