Due to several recent inquiries, Byram Township would just like to remind residents that Nixle Advisory and Community Alert messages are dliverable through SMS text messages, E-mail and the Nixle website at www.nixle.com only.

Nixle messages deliverable via telephone call are reserved solely for Alert/Emergency messages related to the most critical types of incidents.  Landline telephone numbers within the Nixle system are secured through reverse 911 databases and thus can only be accessed by law for bona fide emergency notifications.
