Water Shutdown Portland St 
This message is from the Haverhill Water Department, The water will be shut down on Portland Street from Fourth Avenue to Fifth Avenue and part of Fifth Avenue from Main Street to Cedar Street, today, Wednesday March 4th. The water may be off for several hours between 9:00am and 3pm to replace part of the Water Main on Portland Street. You may have discolored water when service is restored.
