Public Notice 
RPD responded to a reported male in the RHS parking lot with a rifle. The school was locked down and cleared. The male, a student, was located off-campus during the lockdown. The rifle was an ROTC drill rifle (non-functioning). There is no threat to RHS or students at this time.
