* WHAT...West winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, northern Delaware and a portion of northeast Maryland.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
