Winter Weather Advisory until 12:00PM Thursday

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, with locally higher amounts. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute Thursday. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills as low as zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow could get heavy at times this evening, where one inch of snow could fall in less than an hour.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN GREENBRIER
