Dear Township Residents,
This notice is being distributed to township residents in an effort to remind all dog owners that they must clean up any dog feces on any property other than their own.
If you are charged with and found guilty of violating this ordinance you could face a fine of up to $500, plus court costs, and may be subject to imprisonment of up to Fifteen (15) days in the event such fines and costs are unpaid.
