The Fairfield Police Department is requesting assistance with locating Cirilo Martinez Tellez. Tellez is a 32-year-old Fairfield resident wanted for vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of a collision resulting in a fatality. Tellez fled from the 1400 block of W Texas Street shortly after 2pm today. The vehicle involved is in our custody and we do not have information on other vehicles he may have access to. Tellez was last seen wearing all grey clothing and looks different than the dated photo we were able to obtain. Tellez currently has a mohawk hairstyle and goatee.
Tellez has ties to the Fairfield/Solano County area and the Oroville/Butte County area. If you know of Tellez’s whereabouts, or see him, do not approach or contact him. Please contact the local law enforcement entity and report his location to them. If Tellez is located in Fairfield, please call 707-428-7300.
