Report of disturbance leads to arrest of Owensville man.

On February 21, 2020, at 9:35 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a disturbance in the trailer park located in the 500 block of West Warrick Street in Owensville. Upon arriving Deputy U.B. Smith and Deputy Brian Naas began an investigation into the incident. At the conclusion of their investigation they placed 39-year-old Nicholas Mobley into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Mobley was charged with Battery. He remains in custody on a $750 bond.

Assisting Deputy Smith and Deputy Naas in their investigation was Deputy Jennifer Loesch and Sgt. Bruce Vanoven.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
