* Moderate to occasionally heavy rainfall is possible overnight and through much of Thursday as a low pressure system moves across the Gulf States. Even though widespread rainfall amounts should be between one and two inches, soils remain very saturated across the area. In addition, very high streamflows area already in place across the region and runoff from the additional rain will lead to a greater threat of flash flooding.
