#5 On SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Top Ten Most Wanted For Aggravated Assault On A Peace Officer Captured In Kansas!
On November 23rd, 2019 during a routine road safety check, Terrance James Evans was stopped by an officer with the Clayton County Police Department. Evans provided a Georgia driver’s license that was found to have multiple suspension dates. Evans abruptly sped away from the scene towards a police officer nearly striking the officer. Evans then intentionally drove his vehicle into the entrance gate of the apartment complex where the incident took place and escaped from capture.
Terrance Evans was apprehended, this afternoon in Kansas City, MO. by the Kansas City Police Department after a traffic stop and taken into custody without incident. Evans was wanted out of Clayton County for Aggravated Assault Against Peace Officer (Vehicle At Or Towards A Person), Reckless Driving, Criminal Damage to Property-2nd Degree, Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers, and Driving while License Suspended or Revoked.
Soon members of the elite Fugitive Squad will extradite Evans back to Clayton County Georgia where he can contemplate why he tried to run over a police Officer he faces the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail. “The Hill-ton”.
