Water Break/Shut Down 
This message is from the Haverhill Water Department. The Water Main Break on Primrose Street at Sixteenth Avenue is fixed. The work on Lawrence Street is completed. We are filling and flushing the water mains NOW. It will take us a couple of hours to get things back to normal. Everyone should have water service back by 9:00 tonight. When service returns to normal you may have discolored water. Please flush your cold water faucet until it clears. Thank you for your patience while these repairs are finished up.
